Responsibilities

• Identify and source potential healthcare candidates using our unique platform along with your own network
• Engage with prospective candidates to introduce MLR's valuable opportunities and assess their interest
• Organize and schedule appointments for candidates to meet with our recruiters for a deeper screening process
• Follow up with leads to sustain interest and support throughout their hiring journey
• Keep precise and current records in our applicant tracking system
• Generate commission based on scheduled meetings, conducted interviews, and successful hires from your leads

Essential Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• No prior recruiting background is necessary; if you are organized and resourceful, we will provide the training you need

Compensation Structure

This is a commission-only, performance-based role. There is no upper limit on your earning potential, allowing your success to know no bounds.
