Pay Rate: $16.82 per hour

• Operate production and assembly equipment

• Package products and move materials throughout production

• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met

• Use measuring tools to verify dimensions and tolerances

• Follow work instructions, procedures, and safety guidelines

• Monitor machines and make basic adjustments as needed

• Enter production information using computer systems and touch screens

• Work with team members to meet daily production goals

• Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work area

• Manufacturing, production, warehouse, or industrial experience preferred

• Ability to perform visual quality inspections

• Experience using measuring tools such as rulers

• Basic math and counting skills

• Comfortable using computers and touch-screen systems

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

• Reliable attendance and positive work ethic

• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Machine operating experience

• Assembly, packaging, inspection, or general labor experience

• Production data entry experience

• Problem-solving skills and willingness to learn new processes

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Angola, NY.

The pay range for this position is $16.82 - $16.82/hr.
