School-based Occupational Therapist (Contractor)

Easterseals Crossroads is taking applications for a skilled and well-organized occupational therapist to provide pediatric services in school-based settings. Current contract needs are for approximately 12 hours/week with potential to increase. The occupational therapist will evaluate, diagnose, and treat students/clients, formulate IEPs and individualized treatment programs, maintain appropriate records, and communicate with teachers, parents, and members of the student's support team about progress.Education and experience: Must have a valid Indiana license to be considered. Bachelor's degree required. Master's degree in occupational therapy preferred. Experience in schools preferred but not required. All school services delivered Monday through Friday.
