Route Sales Representative

Route Sales Representatives are critical to our success at FritoLay. They deliver, sell, and merchandise FritoLay’s complete line of products—including Lay’s, Doritos, Cheetos, Tostitos, and Fritos—to local stores such as gas stations, dollar stores, and large grocery stores. As a Route Sales Representative, you drive a FritoLay truck, unload orders, merchandise product, and partner with store managers to increase sales, place orders, and maintain daily records. Key Responsibilities Learn the basics of the role through dedicated driving and selling training over four to six weeks. Run routes for team members, experience various stores, and meet new customers. Grow sales on the route by building relationships, selling in displays, and completing national initiatives. Attain a route with set days off and scheduled time. Work in a fun, fast‑paced, and physical environment; full‑time hours may include weekends and holidays. Minimum Qualifications Be 21 years of age or older. Hold a valid driver’s license with proof of insurance and the ability to obtain any additional licensures required by state law. Be able to frequently lift 40 lbs with or without reasonable accommodation.
