Reverse Mortgage Processor - RemoteLongbridge is looking to add a Reverse Mortgage Processor to our first-class Operations TeamLBF is seeking a qualified Reverse Mortgage Processor. The Processor gathers initial loan file documents, completes pre-review to ensure all documents to qualify borrower are complete and entered into the LOS systems and submits file to Underwriting. The Processor must be able to review approval conditions submitted for accuracy and clear as needed or submit to Underwriting in a timely manner. Professional communication, verbal and written, is a must requirement. Once the file is cleared for close by the Underwriter, the Processor is responsible for final review of data prior to closing department.Primary Responsibilities:Process applications from submission, to underwriting and closingCommunicate daily with loan officers, borrowers, underwriters, closers, AMCs, and title companiesReviewing, uploading, organizing, and labeling of file documentation into loan imaging systemAnalyze Credit, income, tax returns, asset documents and payment historyClearing loan conditions for final loan approvalOther duties and/or mortgage or company related tasks as assigned by ManagementEnsure confidentiality of client filesThe employee must work well under pressure, meeting multiple and sometimes competing deadlines.At all times, the Processor must demonstrate professional behavior with colleagues' management and customersMust be able to work independently and also as part of a teamStrong customer service and communication skills are a mustQualifications:Minimum 3 years FHA Processing experience preferredMust have reverse processing experienceStrong understanding of regulatory compliance as it relates to mortgage lending: TILA, RESPA, Reg B, Reg C, etc.Ability to exercise independent judgment and use problem-solving skills.
