Territory Sales Manager

We're partnering with a well-established provider of high-quality flooring and interior surface products to identify a Territory Sales Manager focused on the Retail Dealer channel. Salt Lake City is the ideal home base, providing strong access to Park City, Deer Valley, Draper, Lehi, Provo, Orem, Ogden, and the resort markets around Sundance, Heber Valley, and Midway. The territory offers opportunities across luxury residential, second homes, resort development, builders, designers, and affluent clientele. We're looking for someone with deep local roots, strong community connections, and established relationships across the business, builder, design, and dealer communities.

This is a relationship-driven sales role for someone who takes ownership of their territory, understands how to grow a book of business, and values long-term partnerships over transactional selling. The right person is already successful, knows how to navigate a competitive market, and is motivated to build something meaningful within their territory.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a defined territory within the retail dealer channel
• Develop and execute a plan to increase market share and drive revenue growth
• Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and key decision-makers
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the territory
• Prioritize and grow high-value accounts while expanding overall reach
• Position yourself as a trusted partner, not just a vendor
• Maintain consistent market presence through networking, referrals, and customer engagement
• Take full ownership of territory performance and results

• Ability to clearly communicate strategy, pipeline, and account priorities

Qualifications

• 710+ years of experience in flooring, surfaces, or related building materials
• Experience calling on retail dealers strongly preferred
• Demonstrated success managing and growing a territory
• Established relationships within Utah is a plus
• History of strong sales performance (multi-million dollar territory preferred)

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation

• Competitive base salary + commission/bonus structure

• $600 monthly car allowance (paid monthly; prorated at start/end of employment)
• Company credit card for business-related expenses (travel, gas, tolls, client entertainment, etc.)
• Expenses submitted monthly through Expensify with receipts
