What You'll Do:

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients on the medical/surgical or step-down units
• Monitor patient conditions and implement care plans accordingly
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Document observations, interventions, and patient progress accurately
• Adhere to facility policies, safety standards, and infection control procedures
• Respond to patient needs promptly and compassionately

What You Need:

• Valid Kansas RN license and BLS certification
• Minimum of 1 year recent experience in Med-Surg or Step Down units in acute care settings
• Strong clinical skills and ability to float across medical floors as needed
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
