Maintenance Supervisor

Dominium Management Services, LLC seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to lead daily maintenance operations at a multifamily community. This role oversees a small team, plans and completes work orders, and ensures building systems, grounds, and unit turns are completed safely, on time, and to quality standards. The supervisor troubleshoots HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance issues; coordinates vendors; manages inventory; and supports capital projects.
