What You'll Do
- Process biweekly multi-state payroll for approximately 250 employees with a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality.
- Maintain employee payroll records, including new hires, terminations, rate changes, and other payroll updates.
- Review payroll data, conduct audits, and resolve discrepancies to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Manage payroll deductions, garnishments, tax withholdings, and benefit-related transactions.
- Serve as a resource for employee payroll questions and provide exceptional internal customer service.
- Prepare payroll and labor reports for leadership, Accounting, and Human Resources.
- Partner closely with a Payroll Manager and Payroll Specialists to support ongoing payroll operations.
What We're Looking For- 2+ years of payroll processing experience.
- Experience processing multi-state payrolls preferred.
- Strong understanding of payroll regulations, tax withholdings, garnishments, and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in Excel and payroll systems. Dayforce\/Ceridian experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
