Quality Technician

We are seeking a motivated and committed Quality Technician. The Quality Technician ensures quality standards are met during the manufacturing process. The following are the major duties and responsibilities of the Quality Technician: Complete Receiving Inspection per Work Instructions. Test realization of pellet specific gravity. Test realization of Melt flow rate. Prepare material test reports. Assurance the Check Fixture Usage. Provide maintenance to Check fixture devices. Perform of Scrap Entry-Reporting. Complete testing per Work Instructions. Completes forms, recording, evaluating and reporting quality and reliability data. Assist in training new operators to WI’s and customer specification requirements. Overtime is sometimes required which may include weekends. Adhere to ISO 14001 requirements. Adhere to ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 requirements. Adhere to Customer Specific requirements. Execution of layered process audits. Note: This section is not inclusive. Other duties are assigned as necessary to support team goals. Please refer to the required list of skills and experience below. Education can be substituted with equivalent experience.
