Candidate Qualifications:

• Previous food/beverage/retail experience required, preferably in a coffee shop or tea house.
• Have the ability to manage a fast-paced and team-oriented environment
• Friendly demeanor, outgoing and enthusiastic with a positive attitude
• Takes a pride in providing excellent customer service
• Enjoy educating customer and employees about our drinks
• Lead by example and always put the team first
• Working familiarity with popular social media platforms

Job Responsibilities:

· Work 35+ hours per week. Must be available on weekends and holidays

· Foster and build a positive work environment

· Manage inventory

· Create and equitable schedule and ensure proper staffing

· Hire and manage staff

· Maintain corporate standards and ensure compliance to health department and local regulation
