Job Title Phlebotomist II Float – Riverton, NJ Monday to Friday, 6:30 AM to 8:30 PM, with rotational weekends. In a Phlebotomy float role, you will shift frequently to new patient centers and meet new people. Successful candidates may be eligible for an annual performance bonus. Draw quality blood samples from patients and prepare specimens for laboratory testing. Collect specimens per established procedures, including drug screens, biometric screening, and insurance exams. Enter billing information and collect payment when required. Coach, mentor, and advise new employees; serve as point of contact for on‑site staff and provide input to the group lead or supervisor. Travel to additional offices or centers when required. Qualifications Required Education High school diploma or equivalent. Medical training: medical assistant or paramedic training preferred. Phlebotomy certification preferred; required in California, Nevada, and Washington. Work Experience Three years phlebotomy experience required, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections. Minimum two years in a Patient Service Center environment preferred. Customer service experience in a retail or service environment preferred. Keyboard/data entry experience. Other Requirements Ability to communicate effectively in English.
