Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $49 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive screenings, evaluations, and treatments for patients with speech, language, and swallowing disorders
Develop and update individualized treatment and discharge plans that make a real difference
Document therapy services accurately in compliance with regulations and facility standards
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams, patients, and families to ensure the best outcomes
Maintain strict compliance with infection control and safety protocols to protect everyone

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program (MS/MA)
Current Virginia state SLP license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or CFY eligibility
Strong communication and clinical problem-solving skills
A passion for helping others improve their quality of life

Education

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program

Knowledge & Skills

Patient evaluation and treatment planning
Therapy delivery and documentation
Infection control and clinical problem solving
Excellent communication and interdisciplinary collaboration
