The role involves 4-5 days per week with no weekends, offering state‑of‑the‑art laser treatments and injectables alongside a double board‑certified plastic surgeon. Responsibilities Minimum 2-5 years of experience in aesthetics Strong ability to consult and provide treatment options Assist in surgeries, pre- and post‑care, and follow‑up calls Experience with injectables/fillers Knowledge of non‑surgical treatments: lasers, IPL, RF, and other modalities Professional demeanor and appearance Works well with others but is a self‑motivator Excellent interpersonal and written skills Sound decision making Eager to learn, diligent, compassionate, and detail‑oriented Must be an aesthetic visionary and problem solver Enjoy educating as well as treating patients Leadership skills are a bonus Efficient and pays close attention to details Appropriate sales ability is a plus Coordinate with colleagues to assess, plan, implement, or evaluate patient care plans Qualifications Currently licensed Registered Nurse (RN), Nurse Practitioner, or PA in the state of California Previous experience as a registered nurse in dermatology or aesthetics (plus) Excellent interpersonal and client‑care skills Valid driver’s license #J-18808-Ljbffr Shahin Javaheri, MD
