Active Michigan physical therapy license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Experience working in skilled nursing facility settings preferred. Demonstrated experience with geriatric populations and post-acute care preferred. Ability to document in electronic medical record systems preferred. Assignment Details Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility. Shift Name: Days. Shift Details: Days 0830-1630. Work Schedule: 5x8. Assignment Length: 13 weeks.
