Inside Sales Representative

Position Overview As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, closing profitable sales orders, and processing orders received. Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries and provide product and service information. Sell products and services, offer add‑on and up‑sell opportunities, and recommend alternatives when a requested product is not available. Close sales orders and verify that customer needs are met. Work with branch personnel to provide competitive quotations. Ensure proper communication of order details to customers and internal teams. Qualifications High school diploma or GED. Sales experience preferred and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Pay Hourly rate $19.00 – $22.00 plus base plus sales commission opportunity. Physical Demands Standing, walking, bending, reaching, climbing, and stooping frequently; occasional sitting, talking/hearing. Use of hands/fingers required. Lifting and carrying: 1–20 lbs continuously; 21–50 lbs frequently; 51–100 lbs occasionally. Buddy lift or mechanical device encouraged.
