Human Resources Assistant

Our client is seeking a Human Resources Assistant to join their team. The ideal candidate will have admin, organizational and recruiting skills which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Human Resources Assistant Location: McAllen, TX Pay Range: $16.75 What's the Job?- Review and process employment applications
- Compiles and files data related to applicants and/or positions
- Keep track of screening employment application and job requisitions
- Generate weekly or monthly recruiting reports
- Other job duties as assigned
- To qualify, one of the following must be met:
A minimum of 60 earned college hours
- At least one (1) year of human resources or professional work setting experience, preferred.
- Experience in a higher education institution, preferred.
- Bilingual, English/Spanish preferred
- Excellent oral, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills
- Weekly pay
- Great team environment
- Set schedule
