Job Description Job Description Forman/Lead - Responsible for accurately and efficiently installing HVAC industry related equipment and materials, including but not limited to rooftop units, ductwork, sheet metal, refrigeration lines, gas pipe, GRD's, etc. The right candidate shall have substantial experience and knowledge in job layout, completing accurate material lists, managing job schedules, job forecasting, efficiently managing a crew and training others, good leadership skills and communication skills. Valid Driver's License with an insurable driving record Basic and Industry Specific Tools, in relation to your past job experience Be able to work and collaborate in a team environment.
