Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)

Locums - Clinton, Iowa, CRNA Opening

Coverage Dates Needed ASAP:

• June 16-18: 12-hour day coverage
• July 13-17: 8-hour or 12-hour day coverage
• Every Monday in June and July: 8-hour day coverage

Schedule & Shift Details:

• Monday-Friday
• 8-hour shifts standard
• 40 patient contact hours weekly
• OR support coverage 5 days per week
• Procedure/OR days Monday-Friday
• Optional call once trained

Practice Setting:

• Inpatient anesthesia coverage
• CRNA practices independently
• No APP supervision responsibilities

Facility & Department Details:

• 4 ORs
• 1 GI suite
• 1 OB suite
• Approximately 50-55 cases weekly
• Medical imaging, lab, and pharmacy support onsite
• 2 physicians on staff

Case Mix:

• General Surgery
• Orthopedics
• GI
• Urology
• ENT
• OB

Majority of cases are General Surgery, GI, and Orthopedics.

No:

• Head cases
• Heart cases

EMR: Epic

Requirements:

• Board Certified CRNA - Required
• Active Iowa CRNA license or active compact license - Required
• Must live within driving distance to Clinton, Iowa - Required
• Experienced providers highly preferred, but willing to review new graduates
• Clean malpractice/background history with no settled, pending, or dismissed cases - Required
