Identifies and tracks key performance indicators to measure ROI and optimize marketing effectiveness. Manages professional employees and/or supervisors supporting complex marketing functions.Uses segment-specific strategies and channels to launch marketing programs and products in collaboration with agencies and cross-functional partners (product, sales, and technology teams). Negotiates contracts and activates vendor relationships to support brand and business objectives. Adapts departmental plans to address evolving priorities, resource constraints, and operational needs.This role supports the Alliance business line as part of the Alliance Marketing Studio team, with a primary focus on marketing for Edward Jones and State Farm Alliance programs. The position is responsible for driving growth through partner sales and branch networks, collaborating closely with internal teams and external partners.
