Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with potential customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about customer service and sales to develop their skills in a fast-paced environment. The Sales Agent will play a key role in expanding our customer base and fostering long-term relationships.
Responsibilities
- Meeting monthly/quarterly sales goals
- A proven background in prospecting for new home sales
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase features and benefits
- Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
- Follow up with prospects throughout the sales and build process
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve overall performance
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the Lasso CRM system
- Commitment to act with integrity
- Understanding the home loan process
Qualifications
- Previous new home sales experience working directly for a new home builder, required
- Must have an Arizona Real Estate License
- Ability to work on Saturdays, evenings & some holidays
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong ability to listen actively and understand customer needs
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to reaching sales goals
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Basic proficiency in computer applications such as MS Office or CRM software is advantageous
- A positive attitude, professionalism, and a genuine interest in helping customers are essential qualities for success in this role
- Commitment to act with integrity
- Strong organizational skills, as well as the ability to prioritize
- Employment is contingent upon successfully passing a pre-employment background check
