As a trusted care provider in the Greater West Houston area, we are currently seeking dedicated caregivers to support an active client case in Houston, TX (77077) .

These positions are for an active case and require basic one-on-one care .
Location

Greater West Houston
Current Need: Houston, TX 77077
Shift Schedule

• Sunday: 9:00 AM - 11:00 AM
• Monday - Sunday: 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM

Type of Care

Basic one-on-one in-home care.
Responsibilities

• Follow the care plan outlined by a supervisor to assist with daily living activities
• Provide companionship and ensure client safety
• Assist with meal preparation and medication reminders
• Monitor and observe the client's overall well-being and report any changes
• Maintain accurate documentation of care provided
• Follow all safety and infection control protocols
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and supervisors
Requirements

• Prior caregiving experience preferred (senior care experience is a plus)
• CNA certification is ideal but not required
• Ability to pass a background check and reference check
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassion, patience, and professionalism
• Willingness to travel up to 25 miles when needed
