Accounting Manager
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounting Manager to lead our accounting operations and ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting. This role is responsible for managing the month-end close process, overseeing general ledger activities, maintaining compliance with accounting standards, and supporting strategic financial decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and reconciliations.
- Lead the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes.
- Prepare and review financial statements and management reports.
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate audits and serve as the primary contact for external auditors.
- Monitor internal controls and identify process improvement opportunities.
- Oversee cash flow management and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Partner with Finance and business leaders on budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Mentor and develop accounting staff while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- CPA preferred.
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership responsibilities.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting.
- Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
- Advanced Excel and financial analysis skills.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

Salary
$110k-$140k
