Remote Business Analyst / Organizational Change Manager

We are seeking an Organizational Change Manager (OCM)/Business Analyst to support system integration projects aimed at streamlining data, enhancing compliance, and improving operational efficiency. Responsibilities assessing and documenting existing business processes using BPI methodologies conducting data and process analysis to identify inefficiencies developing and implementing process improvement strategies providing guidance and training to ensure successful adoption of changes supporting change readiness, including developing readiness plans and facilitating communication applying Prosci ADKAR methodologies for change management driving continuous improvement initiatives and reinforcing sustainable change Qualifications at least five years of analytical experience on IT projects within the last ten years minimum three years in business systems analysis and design supporting organizational change tied to IT system implementations a Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent experience) current Prosci Change Management Certification experience with Accela Civic Platform or licensing modules is preferred.
