Inventory Management Specialist

JOB SUMMARY We are looking for a detail-oriented, organized Inventory & Logistics Specialist to take ownership of our warehouse and inventory operations. We are looking to hire immediately, with an ideal start within 1-2 weeks. This is a hands‑on leadership role working both in the warehouse and on‑site as needed. RESPONSIBILITIES Manage and maintain inventory accuracy Oversee warehouse organization and daily workflow Coordinate with installers to ensure jobs are packed correctly and completely Scan, track, and reconcile inventory Receive and inspect incoming product Identify and resolve discrepancies or damages Maintain clean, organized systems Assist on‑site with staging and pick‑ups May be asked to work on special projects as needed QUALIFICATIONS Highly detail‑oriented and organized Strong sense of ownership and follow‑through Notices when things are off and takes initiative to fix them Comfortable leading and giving direction Positive, team‑oriented attitude Enjoys staying active and hands‑on PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Ability to lift and move at least 30 lbs On your feet for several hours throughout the day Comfortable bending, lifting, and moving regularly Thrives in a fast‑paced, active environment TRANSPORTATION & DRIVING Based out of Burnsville, MN with travel to job sites as needed Must have reliable transportation Must have a clean driving record EXPERIENCE Inventory or warehouse experience preferred Experience with inventory systems is a plus SCHEDULE Monday to Friday Day shift No nights or weekends COMPENSATION & BENEFITS $20.00 – $26.00 per hour (based on experience) Health insurance Paid time off Paid holidays Simple IRA with 3% match ADDITIONAL INFORMATION We’re seeking someone who enjoys staying busy, takes pride in being organized, and likes being part of a fast‑moving, team‑oriented environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
