We are looking to attract a candidate with a passion to work downtown, who is an experienced Restaurant Front of the House Manager for its acclaimed high-end steakhouse. Open 5 evenings, closed Monday and Tuesday. What You’ll Do Lead the daily operations of a high-volume, upscale steakhouse within a luxury hotel. Inspire, coach, and develop front-of-house supervisors and service staff. Ensure impeccable service standards and an exceptional guest experience. Partner with the Executive Chef and culinary leadership to deliver seamless food and beverage service. Manage staffing, scheduling, labor costs, and payroll. Monitor beverage and food quality, cleanliness, and compliance with all health and safety standards. Resolve guest concerns professionally while building lasting guest relationships. Help achieve financial goals through effective cost control and operational excellence. What We’re Looking For 3+ years of Food & Beverage management experience in an upscale restaurant, steakhouse, luxury hotel, or fine dining environment. Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills. Experience managing labor, scheduling, and restaurant financial performance. Passion for hospitality and delivering world-class guest service. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. Wine and beverage knowledge is a plus. Salary up to $80,000.
