Risk Management Systems AnalystThe Risk Management Systems Analyst supports the administration of the LogicGate GRC platform, helps ensure the quality and integrity of operational risk data, contributes to the creation of regular management reporting, and supports preparation for audits and regulatory exams. In addition, the analyst serves as a Risk Champion for assigned operational risk areas, partnering with operational risk leaders to promote strong risk practices, support risk processes, and enhance awareness across the organization.This role offers a strong foundation in risk management, data governance, and GRC systems, with opportunities to gain hands-on experience, build technical skills, and grow into more advanced roles in risk, analytics, or systems management.What You'll DoGRC Systems Administration (LogicGate)Support the day-to-day administration of the LogicGate platform, including user access and workflow supportAssist in system updates, testing (UAT), and enhancements in coordination with application ownersTroubleshoot basic system issues and escalate more complex items as neededCreate & maintain system documentation, job aids, and user guidance materialsComplete regular user access reviewsIdentify opportunities to improve system usability, automation, and efficiencyManagement Reporting & AnalyticsPrepare recurring (monthly/quarterly) and ad hoc risk reports covering areas such as risk assessments, issues, or loss eventsEnsure reporting is timely, accurate, and clearly communicates insights to stakeholdersAssist in analyzing trends and highlighting emerging risks or areas of concernHelp enhance report design, automation, and overall effectivenessData StewardshipServe as a data steward and records retention coordinator for Operational Risk teams, ensuring alignment with the bank's data governance practices and retention policiesSupport the standardization of operational risk data definitions, taxonomies, and processesAssist with maintaining data lineage and documentation for key risk metrics and reportsPartner with teams to improve data capture and reduce manual processes over timeRisk Champion (Operational Risk Areas)Act as a Risk Champion for the Operational Risk organizationSupport execution of core risk processes by Operational Risk teams (e.g., risk and control self-assessments, issue management, model identification, business impact analysis, incident reporting)Partner with stakeholders to promote risk awareness and adherence to risk management practicesServe as a point of contact for questions related to risk processes and system usageHelp identify opportunities to strengthen controls and improve risk management maturityStakeholder Support & DevelopmentProvide day-to-day support to risk team members and business users on systems and reportingParticipate in training sessions to build knowledge of operational risk frameworks and toolsCollaborate with cross-functional partners including Enterprise & Model Risk, Compliance, Audit, and ITSupport audit and review activities by gathering data, reports, and documentationComplete formal minutes for Operational Risk Committee meetingsCompliance TrainingParticipate in all required compliance training, including Bank Secrecy Act/anti-money laundering training, as well as internal and external training programs, online training, meetings, and seminars/conferences, etc.Other DutiesThis job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive list of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee. Other duties, responsibilities and activities may change or be assigned at any time with or without notice.Requirements For SuccessBachelor's degree preferred1–2 years of relevant experience (internships included) in risk, data, or technology-related rolesStrong attention to detailProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and WordEagerness to learn new systems and processesStrong organizational, communication, time management, and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently with minimal oversight, prioritizing activities and taking full ownership of deliverablesExposure to GRC platforms (e.g., LogicGate, Archer, ServiceNow)Interest in operational risk, compliance, or data governanceBasic understanding of databases or data analysis conceptsConditions of EmploymentMust be able to pass a criminal background & credit checkThis is a full-time, non-remote position that requires schedule flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.This position requires up to 10% travelFLSA Status: ExemptReady to take your career to the next level?
