Health Services AssistantThe Health Services Assistant supports the Health Services department by assisting with employee care, administrative functions, and communication. This role plays a key part in promoting employee health, ensuring accurate documentation, and supporting daily Health Services operations in a fast-paced production environment.Essential Job FunctionsLead pre-shift health screenings as assignedAssist with employee care and first aid under the direction of Health Services staffProvide translation services (English/Spanish/Creole) for employees during Health Services visits, physical therapy appointments, and related interactionsAssist with hearing tests and other basic health-related screeningsComplete filing, data entry, and maintain accurate Health Services recordsSupport coordination of employee care, including appointments and follow-ups as neededMaintain strict confidentiality of all employee health information in compliance with HIPAA regulationsAssist with Health Services programs such as stretches, early intervention, and follow-up initiativesPerform other related duties as assigned to support departmental and operational needsNote: this description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
