Dare to learn new skills, advance in your career and make an impact at Henkel What you´ll do Own manufacturing processes for thermal interface material product lines, supporting production from raw material processing through customer delivery. Lead troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and corrective actions to improve product quality and process performance. Support new product launches by conducting process capability studies, developing operating conditions, and creating standard operating procedures (SOPs). Manage process and equipment improvement projects, including Management of Change (MOC) activities and validation of new manufacturing methods. Train production operators on equipment operation, testing methods, and standard work practices. Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, efficiency, waste reduction, and Lean Manufacturing principles. #J-18808-Ljbffr Henkel Corporation
