Automotive Customer Experience Representative

Randstad is hiring flexible, energetic, and customer-focused team members for a dual-function automotive support role at a premier luxury dealership environment in the North Broward County area.

This contract opportunity is ideal for candidates who thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy working directly with customers, and are comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions. You will be cross-trained across two key functions—Loaner Agent and Service Retail Greeter—and must be willing and flexible to perform duties for either role based on daily business needs.

• Flexibility & Adaptability: Willingness to be cross-trained and switch between Loaner Agent and Service Greeter roles as needed.
• Technology Literacy: Basic tech skills with experience using iPads or mobile tablet interfaces.
• Customer Service Mindset: Positive attitude, high energy, presentation skills, and a team-player approach.
• Ability to Follow Word Track/Scripting: Able to deliver consistent, professional customer interactions.
• Physical Capability: Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions, standing/walking for extended periods, and driving/parking vehicles.
• Skills: (English/Spanish) is a plus, though not required.
• Availability: Must be able to start immediately.

Responsibilities

1. Loaner Agent Duties:

• Process loaner vehicle check-outs and check-ins for service customers using an iPad and dedicated tracking software (Word Track).
• Deliver professional, face-to-face customer service presentations and guide clients through required steps.
• Prepare loaner vehicles for customers, including moving, parking, and vacuuming vehicles.
• Work in both indoor customer service areas and outdoor vehicle lots.

2. Service Retail Greeter Duties:

• Warmly greet customers upon arrival in the outdoor service drive lane.
• Interact directly with clients to offer assistance, provide directions, and ensure a high-end customer service experience.
• Assist with vehicle handling, including moving, parking, washing, and vacuuming service vehicles.
• Work outdoors in various weather conditions (cool, hot, sunny, or raining).
