Phlebotomist

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM
Pay: $21.50-$22.50/hour
Weekends & major holidays: Off

We're looking for an experienced Phlebotomist to support a busy clinic and laboratory setting. This role will focus on patient specimen collection, waived lab testing, documentation, and maintaining a clean, organized lab environment.

What You'll Do:

• Perform phlebotomy and collect patient specimens accurately and safely

• Process lab orders, specimens, and incoming reports

• Perform waived testing according to CLIA guidelines

• Maintain lab equipment, supplies, logs, and quality documentation

• Prepare and label specimens according to blood bank and clinic procedures

• Follow OSHA, safety, and universal precaution guidelines

• Maintain patient confidentiality and a clean, organized work area

What We're Looking For:

• 3+ years of phlebotomy experience in a hospital or clinic setting

• High school diploma or GED

• Spanish bilingual preferred

• Athena IDX or Inomed experience preferred
