This role requires providing exceptional care to patients requiring telemetry monitoring and ensuring their safety and comfort throughout their stay. Responsibilities Monitor patient telemetry and respond to changes in condition. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans. Provide education and support to patients and their families. Document patient care and maintain accurate records. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Active RN License in the state of North Carolina. BLS certification (required).
