Feed Management Lead (Ad- Tech)

We are partnering with a fast-growing, venture-backed ecommerce technology company that is transforming how brands manage product feeds and optimize catalog advertising across today's leading digital commerce platforms. This is a highly strategic role focused on building and leading a new managed services business centered around ecommerce feed management. It is ideal for someone who combines deep technical expertise with strong customer consulting skills and an entrepreneurial mindset. This position sits at the intersection of ecommerce operations, customer success, business development, and revenue growth. You will work directly with ecommerce brands to optimize product feeds, develop scalable service offerings, drive customer retention, and help build a new line of business from the ground up. This is not a traditional feed management role, and it is not a pure operations position. Success requires both technical expertise and commercial leadership. Feed Management Lead Responsibilities Build and launch a managed services offering focused on ecommerce feed management Design service packages, pricing, workflows, and operational playbooks Manage and optimize product feeds across Google, Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Snap, and other ecommerce channels Lead customer discovery, onboarding, and ongoing strategic consultations Troubleshoot complex feed issues and implement optimization strategies Partner with sales to scope opportunities and support new customer acquisition Drive customer retention, account expansion, and long-term success Develop scalable processes that support future team growth Serve as a subject matter expert and strategic advisor on ecommerce feed management Feed Management Lead Requirements Required: 5+ years of hands‑on ecommerce feed management experience Expert knowledge of Google Merchant Center and Meta Commerce Manager Experience with feed management platforms such as Feedonomics, Productsup, Channable, Rithum, DataFeedWatch, GoDataFeed, Versafeed, or similar solutions Experience managing product feeds for ecommerce brands across multiple advertising channels Strong customer‑facing communication and consulting experience Experience scoping projects, solving complex feed issues, and managing client relationships Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment Preferred: Experience launching a new service offering or business line Experience with Shopify, BigCommerce, Magento, or enterprise ecommerce platforms Experience with PIM platforms such as Salsify or Akeneo Background in ecommerce consulting, marketplace operations, or performance marketing agencies Experience owning revenue, customer expansion, or P&L responsibility What Makes Someone Successful in This Role Deep technical expertise in ecommerce feed management Comfortable building new processes and service offerings from the ground up Strong commercial mindset with the ability to balance customer success and business growth Confident leading customer conversations and serving as a trusted advisor Organized, proactive, and comfortable operating with a high level of ownership Passionate about helping ecommerce brands improve performance through better product data and feed optimization What This Role Is Not Not a traditional feed operations position Not a customer support or customer success only role Not a maintenance role within an established department This is a highly visible opportunity to build and scale a new managed services business while partnering closely with executive leadership.
