Role Responsibilities

Education Requirements

• MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.
• Successful completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency program.

Certifications

• Board Certification in Family Medicine.
• Currently hold or be eligible for an active Oregon medical license.
• BLS and ACLS certifications are preferred.
