Requested Tasks

• Welcome guests upon arrival, recognize their individual preferences, and assign rooms according to reservation details and availability.
• Provide a personalized introduction to the hotel, including room features, confirmed rates, amenities, dining experiences, and services available on property during the check-in process.
• Review payment methods, verify credit cards on file, and collect required payment or authorization upon arrival in accordance with hotel procedures.
• Perform all check-in and check-out tasks accurately and efficiently, ensuring a seamless arrival and departure experience.
• Respond to guest requests in a timely, professional, and empathetic manner, taking ownership of each request through resolution.
• Anticipate guest needs, communicate proactively, and follow through on commitments to ensure a consistent luxury service experience.
• Recognize Marriott Bonvoy members and provide appropriate loyalty recognition and benefits in accordance with brand standards.
• Collaborate with Front Office, Guest Services, Housekeeping, Engineering, and other departments to resolve guest concerns and deliver personalized service.
• Maintain accurate guest profiles, preferences, and service notes to support continuity of care throughout the guest journey.
• Share knowledge of Nashville's dining, cultural attractions, entertainment, and local experiences to help guests make the most of their stay.
