The Purchasing Coordinator will monitor variance purchase orders, back charges, and cost adjustments for completeness, accuracy, and proper approvals. Review community budgets, cost validation bids, takeoffs, sticks and bricks, and lot-specific costs to ensure budget accuracy. Generate and maintain purchase orders, vendor contracts, and pricing documentation. Assist with bid requests, vendor setup, contract administration, and cost analysis. Minimum 2-3 years of purchasing, estimating, construction administration, or coordinator experience within the residential homebuilding industry preferred. Experience supporting purchasing, construction operations, estimating, or vendor management in production homebuilding preferred. Strong understanding of variance purchase orders, back charges, and cost controls preferred. High school diploma or GED required. Bachelor's degree in construction or related curriculum from a four-year college or university, preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook. K.
