Job Description

Eagle Pipe Heating & Air | Full-Time

We're looking for an experienced HVAC professional who is comfortable working across both installation and service. If you take pride in quality work, can work independently, and enjoy variety in your day, we want to hear from you.

A real local job. Our work is concentrated on the west side of Puget Sound, so if you live on the Kitsap Peninsula or nearby, you're looking at a sane commute and your evenings back — no ferry rides, no I-5 grind.

• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and airflow issues to identify the right solution

• Support both installation and service work based on company and customer needs

• Work on light commercial projects when needed, including diagnosing and servicing commercial HVAC equipment

• Communicate clearly with customers about system issues, recommendations, and completed work

• Maintain accurate job documentation, service records, and materials information

• Work independently in the field while collaborating with the Eagle Pipe team to keep jobs moving

• Deliver quality work that meets code, manufacturer specifications, and Eagle Pipe's standards

• Represent Eagle Pipe with professionalism on every call and every job

• EPA Section 608 Certification required

• 3+ years of professional HVAC experience in installation, service, or a combination of both

• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills

• Experience installing and servicing residential HVAC systems

• Ability to work comfortably across both service calls and installation projects

• Commercial HVAC experience is strongly preferred

• Working knowledge of furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductless systems, and related HVAC equipment

• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in the field

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record

• A dependable, no-nonsense attitude and a commitment to doing the job right

• Life insurance

• 401(k) with company match

On the Job

• Uniforms and top-tier tools provided

• Paid training, licensing support, and continuing education

Growth & Culture

• Opportunity to continue building both your installation and service skill set

• A no-drama, high-performance culture built on respect and results
