Bilingual Advance Quality Engineer - (Japanese & Korean)Will be responsible for advanced product quality planning in the new product development phase, controlling the new product quality, new product verification and for solving and improving quality problems.Participate in customer drawing and technical specification review and examination, define special customer requirementsEstablish new product quality standard and the detection and test specificationPrepare the new product quality targets according to customer requirements and company's profit planPrepare new product quality plans according to the production management level and quality management level of the companyOrganize existing evaluation of new product test and detection capability and prepare improvement plansParticipate in the design of new product tests and detection plansResponsible for verifying the detection and test capability for new productsOrganize the process capability study and verification of new product technological process and participate in Run-at-Rate verification;Organize product review of samples during new product development, quality gate review before mass production and the process reviewParticipate in the product review, revised changes review and trial assembly during customer's new product developmentMonitor all necessary processes and plans during new product development are effectively implementedWork with quality verification engineer to develop PV testing plan according to the OEM requirementsParticipate in and track the implementation of PV testing plans, ensuring timely attainmentProper handling of quality problems occurring during new product developmentHandling customer concerns and returns of goods during new product developmentParticipate in internal training specifically required by customerResponsible for training and guiding new product quality standards and inspection specificationsAssist quality control supervisor in recognizing and managing process change pointsResponsible for compiling, archiving, and transferring materials relating to new product development processEducation and Experience:2+ years quality engineering field experienceBachelor degree or significant relevant work experience (Engineering or management major preferred)Korean or Japanese Fluency RequiredBusiness Systems Knowledge:Familiar with manufacturing principle and technological process of automotive glassHave a good knowledge of TS16949 quality management systemHave a basic knowledge of ISO14001 and OHSAS18001 quality systemFamiliar with various standards and inspection/test methods for automotive glassQuality planning of new projects
