Data Entry Specialist

Claims Management Resources (CMR) seeks a Data Entry Specialist for our Downtown OKC Office. The role involves processing mail, documents, and photos for damage claims in accordance with CMR’s policies and procedures. Essential Functions Researches and documents incoming correspondence Preps and logs documents for scanning Scans documents through batch scanner Converts and attaches documents to individual claim files in DAKCS Converts and attaches photos to the photos drive on the network Records claim information via data entry into CMR’s customized software applications Communicates with co‑workers, management and others in a courteous and professional manner Pick up, sort, and distribute incoming and outgoing mail accurately and efficiently Compensation Tiered Support Bonus System: Level 1 = $125, Level 2 = $175, Level 3 = $240 per pay period Qualifications Required Skills / Abilities Excellent attendance and punctuality Accurate data review and data entry skills Time management and ability to prioritize work Organized, thorough and detail oriented Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Driver’s license and personal vehicle covered by insurance required Experience 1 year of clerical and/or data entry experience required Previous electronic document management experience preferred Education High school diploma required Other Qualifications Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
