We're Hiring a Front Desk Associate!
Are you looking for a fun and exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team at BW Plus Kelly Inn in St. Cloud, MN? Look no further! We are currently seeking a Full or Part Time Front Desk Associate to join our team and help create memorable experiences for our guests.
Responsibilities:As a Front Desk Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing them with exceptional customer service from the moment they walk through our doors. Your responsibilities will include checking guests in and out, answering phone calls and emails, making reservations, and ensuring that our guests have everything they need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
Qualifications:- Previous customer service experience preferred but not a must
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
