How You'll Make an Impact in This Role

• Design and implement personalized physical therapy programs by performing comprehensive assessments to ensure treatment plans evolve with the patient's recovery journey.
• Empower patients and their families by involving them in the creation and revision of care plans, ensuring goals are meaningful, achievable, and patient-centered.
• Execute evidence-based therapy interventions using advanced clinical techniques to restore mobility and improve the overall quality of life for your patients.
• Mentor and oversee physical therapy assistants and students, fostering a collaborative environment that ensures high-quality care delivery and professional growth across the team.

What Minimum Requirements You'll Need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Physical Therapy (PT) credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Physical Therapy prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree required. Master's OR Doctorate degree preferred.
