We’re looking for an experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a growing team where you’ll have the autonomy to manage client relationships, provide strategic guidance, and collaborate with experienced insurance professionals.

The Job

• Manage an assigned book of commercial lines accounts , serving as a primary point of contact for clients and their day-to-day insurance needs.
\n
• Partner with producers and clients throughout the renewal process, including coverage reviews, needs analysis, strategy discussions, and marketing when needed.
\n
• Build strong client relationships through proactive communication, responsive service, and a consultative approach.
\n
• Help clients understand their coverage, emerging risks, market trends, and changes that could impact their businesses.
\n
• Manage complex accounts and high-level service needs while ensuring deadlines and client expectations are consistently met.
\n
• Identify opportunities to expand client relationships through additional coverage and cross-selling when appropriate.
\n
• Conduct client meetings virtually and in person, providing strategic guidance around their overall risk management needs.
\n
• Collaborate with internal teams, carrier partners, and producers to deliver a seamless client experience.
\n

What We're Looking For

\n

\n
• Commercial Lines Account Management, brokerage, agency, underwriting, or other relevant insurance experience.
\n
• Strong knowledge of commercial Property & Casualty insurance products and coverages .
\n
• Active Property & Casualty license required .
\n
• Ability to confidently manage client relationships at both a service and strategic level.
\n
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts, renewals, and competing priorities.
\n
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently while collaborating with a larger team.
