Customer Service RepresentativeBe The Connection Customers Can Count On.As a Customer Service Representative, you'll assist customers with technical support, billing, products, and general service questions while creating a positive experience with every interaction.What You'll DoAnswer inbound customer service and technical support callsTroubleshoot product, equipment, installation, and service issuesAssist customers with billing, payments, account questions, and service activationsAccurately document customer interactions and account updatesResolve concerns and de-escalate difficult customer situationsEducate customers on available products, services, and upgradesWhat We're Looking ForStrong customer service, communication, and active listening skillsComfortable handling back-to-back calls in a fast-paced environmentStrong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilitiesComputer proficient and able to quickly learn new systemsOrganized and able to multitask while accurately documenting informationProfessional, patient, and comfortable working toward performance goalsExperience6+ months of customer service or technical support experience preferred
