Nurse Manager / Unit Manager Seeking a qualified Nurse Manager / Unit Manager for our skilled nursing facility. Compensation up to $104,000 per year, plus a competitive benefits package. Responsibilities Oversee care management of patients within an assigned area, unit, or clinical function. Conduct the full nursing process: assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Coordinate resource utilization and provide timely, appropriate care interventions. Facilitate interdisciplinary communication to enhance patient and family satisfaction. Ensure adherence to the center’s clinical systems and regulatory compliance. Qualifications Must be a licensed RN or LPN.
