Mental Health Group Facilitator

Charlie Health seeks a Mental Health Group Facilitator to lead virtual IOP and PHP group sessions for teens, young adults, and families. In this role, you will facilitate evidence-based process and psychoeducational groups, support individualized treatment plans, and collaborate closely with therapists, families, and treatment teams. You will monitor safety and risk, document progress in our digital systems, and use data to enhance outcomes. This mission-driven position is fully virtual, offering the opportunity to help address the youth mental health crisis nationwide while working with a collaborative, inclusive clinical team.
