Team Meetings
Responsibilities- Greet clients warmly and make them feel seen, heard, and supported from day one.
- Guide clients through their visits, including weigh-ins and progress assessments.
- Clearly explain our personalized programs and cutting-edge treatments.
- Assist with scheduling, follow-ups, and keeping clients aligned with their goals.
- Assist with celebrating client milestones, and promote their stories to create community awareness.
- Provide ongoing support, motivation, and answers to client inquiries.
- Work closely with the General Manager and medical team to ensure smooth operations.
- Coach clients on nutrition and healthy lifestyle choices.
- Represent Lindora at community events and promotional opportunities.
- A warm, people-focused communicator with a love for wellness.
- Experience in Med Spa, fitness, or hospitality is a plus.
- A motivated self-starter who thrives in a collaborative, goal-driven setting.
- Comfortable using technology to manage schedules, communications, and records.
- Driven to meet and exceed goals, especially in sales and service.
- Adaptable, positive, and eager to grow with a mission-driven brand.
