Team Meetings

Responsibilities

Greet clients warmly and make them feel seen, heard, and supported from day one.
Guide clients through their visits, including weigh-ins and progress assessments.
Clearly explain our personalized programs and cutting-edge treatments.
Assist with scheduling, follow-ups, and keeping clients aligned with their goals.
Assist with celebrating client milestones, and promote their stories to create community awareness.
Provide ongoing support, motivation, and answers to client inquiries.
Work closely with the General Manager and medical team to ensure smooth operations.
Coach clients on nutrition and healthy lifestyle choices.
Represent Lindora at community events and promotional opportunities.

Requirements

A warm, people-focused communicator with a love for wellness.
Experience in Med Spa, fitness, or hospitality is a plus.
A motivated self-starter who thrives in a collaborative, goal-driven setting.
Comfortable using technology to manage schedules, communications, and records.
Driven to meet and exceed goals, especially in sales and service.
Adaptable, positive, and eager to grow with a mission-driven brand.
