Growing together.We seek a Per Diem Pharmacist to perform professional duties and responsibilities associated with the processing of prescriptions. Per Diem Pharmacists are classified as temporary employees and work on an intermittent basis.Our pharmacies are Monday-Friday and will include an 8 hours shift between 8:00 - 5:30, with a 30 minutes lunch.This position will cover PTO and any leave of absences at the following pharmacy locations:8911 East Centennial Drive, Pittsburg, KS3354 US-160, Independence, KSPotentially help in:1601 State Street Suite 100, Emporia, KS1600 N Lorraine St. Suite 100, Hutchinson, KS9415 E. Harry St. Bldg. 800 STE P, Wichita, KSPrimary Responsibilities:Distributes drugs prescribed by physicians and other health practitionersProvides information to customers about medications and their useFocuses on providing a superior level of customer serviceEnsures compliance with all relevant laws of the applicable State Board of PharmacyAdministration of immunizations as allowed by State Boards of PharmacyAny other usual and customary pharmacy dutiesRequired Qualifications:BA or PharmD in PharmacyCurrent pharmacist license in state of KansasWilling to complete LAI Training and administer LAIDriver's License and access to a reliable transportationPreferred Qualifications:Retail ExperienceLong Term Care/Assisted Living experienceBehavior or Mental Health experienceApplication Deadline: This will be posted for a minimum of 2 business days or until a sufficient candidate pool has been collected.
