Program Manager

**Must be located in Atlanta, GA area. This is a 4 days onsite position. Location is near The Battery/Truist Park area** We’re seeking a Program Manager to drive execution across a large enterprise transformation program with 12+ interconnected workstreams. This is a highly visible role for someone who can create structure, manage competing priorities, and keep cross-functional teams aligned and accountable. What You’ll Do Maintain integrated plans, milestones, RAID logs, dependencies, and action items Identify risks, remove roadblocks, and eliminate issues as needed Facilitate governance meetings, leadership updates, and change control Track progress and deliver clear, actionable status reporting Partner across business, technology, operations, and data teams Required Experience 6+ years of Program or Project Management experience Experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives with multiple workstreams Strong knowledge of program planning, RAID management, governance, and change control Proven ability to drive accountability and execution in fast-paced environments Strong stakeholder management, communication, and organizational skills Preferred Experience Enterprise transformation or large-scale technology initiatives PMP, PgMP, Agile, Scrum, or SAFe certification Experience in retail, operations, finance, or technology environments #J-18808-Ljbffr
