CDL A Driver

Location: Lexington, KY Schedule: First Shift | Starts Around 6:00 AM Job Type: Full-Time Pay: Approximately $22–$25/hour We are hiring 7 CDL-A Drivers for a local driving opportunity in Walton, KY. This is not an OTR position . Drivers will primarily operate straight trucks and rollbacks while transporting shredded and unshredded metal materials. What You’ll Do Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles, including straight trucks and rollbacks. Transport metal materials between designated locations. Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections. Maintain electronic logs and communicate with dispatch. Follow DOT regulations, safety procedures, and company policies. No loading or unloading required. Requirements Valid CDL Class A . Approximately 2+ years of CDL driving experience . Clean driving record. Strong safety and attendance record. Ability to meet DOT physical and drug-screening requirements.Comfortable working around an industrial/recycling environment. Compensation & Benefits $22–$25/hour base pay . Additional $1/hour incentive for perfect attendance and safety. Additional $150/week load-count incentive . Health, dental, and vision insurance. 401(k) with company match. Paid time off.
