Location: Eagan, MN

Pay:

Shift: 8:00am - 4:30pm, Tues - Sat

Employment Type: Full time

About this Opportunity:

Join a team in a customer-focused dispatch role where you’ll help coordinate drivers, track incoming trucks, and keep daily operations running smoothly.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Coordinate truck routes and communicate changes to drivers
• Track incoming trucks and keep records of arrivals
• Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries
• Respond to emails and follow up with customers
• Assist customers with questions or issues
• Provide general administrative support as needed

What makes you a great fit:

• At least 1 year of administrative or customer service experience
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Comfortable communicating with drivers and customers
• Reliable and able to stay organized while managing multiple tasks
• Comfortable sitting for extended periods of time
